Hazmie took the liberty to ask Mr. Chong for me about my heart problem.

He told me some bio stuff which I don't really understand about.
Something about breathing thing then some muscles thingy.
He also mentioned something about strenuous exercise, being one of the cause.

I've never done any for the past 5 months...

This morning during chem lesson, my heart started to ache again. I was talking and had to paused for about 5 mins or so before I could regain my composure.

Its starting to scare me. I'm afraid that I'll die on the spot or something like that(hopefully not please). Allah knows how each one of us dies...
