That was a killer. Shoulders training are the worst. On top of that had to do biceps as well.
However it's all coming together now. I can slowly feel my strength coming back. It will take time of course.
Consistency is the key. So is hard work and patience and blablabla so tired pls.
Need sleep and food and more food. Donuts pls I want donuts. All kinds of donuts.
Need to start having a schedule, just like old times.
