Monday was chest and triceps. I like triceps. I was sucking so bad at chest. I guess I'll have to keep eating and put in more effort.
Tuesday, yesterday, was upper back and biceps. Sucks as well. My pull-ups were a bit of a failure. I used to do 3 sets of 10 but now its just worse. Oh well.
Today supposedly is leg's day but I gotta stay at home. I guess I'll do it on Friday.
Last night I had an awesome dream. It was like Girl's Day came to SG, and I got to be friends with Min Ah :D
and then we were like spending lots of time together. Well only happens in dreams.
