Finally did chest.

I'm starting a bit lazy to do chests. No idea why. Used to be my favorite though.
I guess this time my favorites are shoulders, triceps and legs.
Log : noticed an increase in weights during shoulder workouts on 1/10/2013
Unsure if it's due to dietary, sleep or just lucky factors. Will continue to make more observations in the future.

Gonna have a chalet next week. Must make sure that I still keep myself fit even though it's a chalet >=D
